Saw this Red-tailed Hawk in the coiled razor wire atop the security fence at the base of the New Jersey tower of the George Washington Bridge. I thought it was trapped in the barbs. This is not a great picture - all I had was my cell phone camera. I'm still kicking myself for not bringing the Nikon D-80! After this shot, it relocated 100 yards south.
